What we Do
We are a group of Sydney based beekeepers who are dedicated to bee conservation.
We rescue bee colonies from places where they are at risk and move them into apiaries in State Forests and National Parks where they can live in peace and do their important pollination work.
If you have a bee problem, please contact us so we can save them.

Our apiaries are located in or adjacent to National Parks and State Forests. We do this to ensure that the bees we rescue will be happy, safe and secure. The colonies can live out their lives surrounded by native bushland, with virtually no exposure to pesticides or insecticides that can cause them harm.
We only want to rescue them once!

Our APIARIES
Our apiaries provide a healthy, safe and optimum environment for our bee colonies. |
The Threat
Bee populations are in decline worldwide. Recently, for the first time, several species of bee have been added to the endangered species list.
Pollution has decimated populations in Asia, and widespread pesticide use in agriculture has caused colony collapse elsewhere. Australia remains the last habitat where bees are free from many of the diseases like varroa destructor that are found everywhere else in the world. |
The Solution
Bees are critical for pollination and food security. The health of every bee colony is directly dependent on the health of the bee population as a whole. By protecting and saving bee colonies, even one at a time, we work to ensure a healthy and strong general bee population in Australia and hopefully, the world.
You can help by supporting our important work, limiting pesticide use and planting bee friendly plants in the garden. |
The Future
We need to work to ensure that bees have a healthy environment. Australian bees are the healthiest in the world, we are a refuge free from many of the diseases found elsewhere. By continuing to support our bee population, we protect the general environment as a whole.
